What does “N.A. converted” actually mean?
Non-Agricultural conversion is the legal change of a plot's use from farming to residential or commercial. Until land is N.A.-converted you cannot get building sanction on it. Every plot we sell for building is converted before it is offered, and the order is available to see.
Is a MahaRERA number required, and do your projects have one?
Maharashtra law requires a valid MahaRERA registration number on all advertising for qualifying projects. The numbers on this prototype are placeholders (they read P############) and must be replaced with the real registrations before anything is published or sold against.
How do I know the boundary is real?
We physically walk and peg every boundary against the survey record — you can join that walk on a site visit. The plotted-layout diagram on each project page reflects the real plot count, not a marketing illustration.
What is included when I take possession of a plot?
For plotted developments: a demarcated, registered plot with metalled internal road access, drainage where the phase provides it, street lighting, and a water line brought to the plot. Specifics vary by project and phase — see each project's specification.
Can I visit the site before deciding?
Yes, and we encourage it. Site visits run most weekends and weekday mornings. We meet you at the entrance and walk the plots with you. Allow about an hour each way from the city.
Do you help with home loans or EMIs?
We can point you to lenders who finance N.A. plots and construction, and talk through indicative EMIs. Loan approval and terms are between you and your bank; we don't provide financial advice.
What are the payment stages?
Typically a booking amount, then agreement and registration, with the balance on the schedule set out in your agreement. Figures on this prototype are placeholders — real pricing and schedules are confirmed in writing before you commit.
When will the Bali-style villa project be ready?
It is our newest project and is in the design/early stage. Register your interest and we'll keep you updated on timelines, pricing and the first release. Imagery shown is reference for the design language, not the built villas.
